In New York City, "The Passion of the Crawford" was great fun. Some of the backstage guests in our unfortunately wood-paneled dressing room included:

Isabella Rossellini and her daughter Elettra

Mark Morris and his only friend (so he says)

Steve Cuiffo (my co-star), Joel Schumacher, style guru Freddie Leiba, Jess Cagle and Michael Volbracht who was a close friend of Joan Crawford and is now the designer at Bill Blass.

Dancer Vladimir Malakhov (head on shoulder) with his manager Yuri and Judy and Sam Peabody.

Joan Crawford's surrogate daughter Queeney

America's prima ballerina Cynthia Gregory (the lady on the right who approaches Miss Crawford's stature) and Ann Marie D'Angelo.

During the run of the production, I was music director for, and sidekick to, Greg Proops on his chat show at Joe's Pub. His guests included:

movie star Jeff Goldblum

and comedian Lewis Black, well known from "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart."

Also in the summer of 2005 I emceed the annual Village Care Benefit and floral headdress show...

...where I met designer and reality show star Austin Scarlett from "Project Runway" and his muse Sophia LaMarr.

A friend of mine says he won't look at my website unless there are gratuitous photos of handsome, nude men. So here are a couple of shots...

...of a fellow from England I met at a party for Adel Rootstein Mannequins in NYC. Here he is with some of his friends. I will not print his name to protect the so-called innocent.

I also met Kevin Arpino, the creative director of Adel Rootstein, and his latest muse...

And the legendary fashion model emeritus assoluta, Carmen!
